Danish rye bread

Helmix for baking a sugar-free, tasty and moist rye bread. In addition to rye flour and dried sourdough from rye, this mix contains sunflower seeds and linseed. We have chosen malted rye flakes in the mix instead of cut rye, which partly gives a musty taste and partly saves you having to think about soaking cut rye. This means that you partly save a lot of time and partly that you can take an order for this type of coarse rye bread and deliver it at short notice. Dosage: 100%

If you want a sweetened Danish rye bread, add 200-300 g of dark brown or black syrup per liter of dough liquid.
